Consolidated Bank had been using in-house developed software
and so we were invited to do a comprehensive system audit.
Upon auditing the system, we established that the bank required
a complete overhaul of its ICT, so the Bank contracted us to
develop its ICT strategy. We thus prepared user requirements
specifications, tender documents, evaluated the tenders, and
selected a suitable software for the bank. When the software was
installed, we successfully managed its implementation. Additionally,
we implemented VSAT systems which connected all of the Bank’s
remote branches to the Head Oce. This upgrade involved
configuring routers, setting up satellite dishes, and Voice over IP
(VOIP) which connected all the branches to the Head Oce for
ease of communication. This solution has helped the Bank cut its
telephone bills by up to 50 per cent
